Captivating diners since 1972, Caesar’s is undeniably old school with rich surroundings of burgundy leather, golden hues and dark wood finishes, but this setting is not the only thing that defines Caesar’s, but rather a complete experience that evokes a sense of nostalgia. We feature Alberta’s best beef, properly aged, individually cut to order and charbroiled on our open flame grill, paired with accompaniments to match any Emperor’s feast. Traditional service – including tableside preparations, modern and classic cocktails, and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list, all ensure a memorable experience.
The ownership has remained with the founding family since the beginning, with the second-generation now involved. Relationships with our customers, our suppliers and our team are what have made Caesar’s a tradition in the Calgary community. We earned our customers’ loyalty by staying true to our goal – to ensure guests enjoy a consistent, satisfying high quality experience.
