Who are we?

Drive 365 Fitness and Health is a local South Surrey/ White Rock family owned and operated company established in 2006.  We opened and constructed a personal training facility with two young children.  We understand the daily challenges of a healthy work life balance and the importance of your time.  We will assist you with efficient coping strategies to achieve optimal mental and physical well-being.

Drive 365 Fitness is a company that treats their clients like family from start to finish.  We believe that everyone has to start somewhere and have the desire to be better every day.  Family is your most important support system.  Let us be your health professional extended family!
