From 1994 to Today
We got our start not as a printing company, but as a drafting company. Back then, printing figures and colour maps for drafting was expensive and time-consuming, so our founder Rick decided to lease a Xerox machine and start printing in-house.
Printing jobs began to take up more time than the drafting jobs and soon Little Rock Drafting Services grew into Little Rock Printing. As the business grew, Rick was joined by his wife, Karla. Over the next decade, we changed locations and upgraded our services, but our family’s commitment to printing what matters never changed. In fact, this commitment earned us the Calgary Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year in 2010. In 2014, we invested almost $1 million into improving our printing technology with a Xerox iGen4, the first of its kind in Calgary.
In 2012, Rick’s son Brian took over as President. Our family business continued to evolve in the following years and we invested another $1 million into new equipment to become a full-service sign printing shop. Today, we serve over 4,000 companies across Canada. We’re looking forward to adding you to that list!
