Noble Pie is a small operation, limited to 75 pies per night. We absolutely love what we do and are obsessed with making the best pizza that we possibly can.
Our dough is made from simple ingredients, long fermented, and hand stretched. This creates a delicious crust that is crisp, airy and easy to digest. All other ingredients, from our sauce to the varied toppings, are carefully sourced to ensure a high quality, great tasting slice.
It is through Noble Pie that our team can share their love and passion for pizza with the fine folks of Calgary.
